Chik+ is a paid membership with Chik. We have big plans for Chik+ and you can see it on our roadmap, however right now you get unlimited team members and collaborators when you subscribe to Chik+. Apart from that you will also lock in your early founders status if you upgrade today, locking in special perks as we continue to develop Chik.
Chik operates on a freemium model where users have full access to the platform with just a few minor limitations. Specifically; users will only need to pay if they want to apply for jobs or have more than 3 team members/collaborators – that's it. While this may mean a lower % of upgrades to Chik+, it does create very loyal users with very low churn rate.
Twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th, payouts are created including all approved referrals since the last payout. Referral commissions are held for 30 days before becoming available and then payouts are paid on the 14th and 28th of the month.
